Typical activities carried out by
  • We support and Educate the company management and other key personnel in the field of environmental management and environmental legislation. We support you with the tailor-made education to suit your organisation!

  • We prepare the Applications for environmental permits and assist in the discussions with environmental authorities, neighbours etc.

  • We elaborate Environmental Impact Assessments as a basis for, or part of, applications for environmental permits and for planning permissions.

  • We identify and evaluate your Environmental Aspects, define your environmental objectives and targets and we carry out the Environmental Review for your organization.
     
  • We construct and implement your Environmental Management System according to ISO 14 001 and EMAS in close contact with your management representative. We coordinate the system with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9 001, TS 16 949 and others) and within workers protection (OHSAS 18 001 etc).

  • We compose Procedures and other routines and instructions necessary to implement and run the Environmental Management System according to ISO 14 001 and EMAS as well as Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9 001.  
     
  • We carry out your internal Environmental Audits, with an option of linking these activities with the training of in-house internal environmental auditors. 

  • We assist in elaborating the general and strategic Environmental communication. We examine or prepare your public Environmental Statement reporting according to EMAS or other environmental reporting connected to financial accounting.

  • Our expets on enviromental legislation carry out investigation related to polluted facilities and other polluted areas and we support with Due Diligence-operations within the Environmental field and design complete teams covering a full operation. 

  • We design systems for Environmental Self Control and for the reporting to environmental authorities on environmental performance.

  • We carry out Independent periodical investigations examining the practical and technical environmental performance of your site.




mainly carries out its work based on own in-house resources, but does also cooperate with a number of other parties in case this is appropriate to gather an even wider range of competencies for certain missions. In our work with Environmental Management Systems we use certified environmental auditors accordning to
ISO 19 011.

Lennart Frisch:
 
MSc and certified environmental lead auditor according to ISO 19 011.
He has been within the environmental field since some 25 years,
with long time experience as environmental consultant, initially
as head of department and responsible for environmental legislation
matters at some of the big Swedish consultancy firms.

Previously long experienced employee at environmental authorites,
and at an international chemical processing industry.
Former Swedish representative at the EU-commission network IMPEL
(Implementation and enforcement of environmental law) in the field of
environmental compliance, and long time member of the
Swedish EPA advisory committee on industrial environmental control
and its scientific committee on air quality.
Member of the board of the Swedish Clean Air Society.

Lennart Frisch has been the designer and main consultant in the
construction of a number of  systems according to ISO 14 001. Examples are the port of Halmstad, the international airport of Gothenburg and a variety of manufacturing industries and other organisations, such as the Swedish Fair.
He has been responsible for carrying out a vast number of
Environmental permit applications and
Environmental Impact Assessments.



Tina Malmborg Frisch: 

Biologist and environmental auditor. Long time experienced Environmental consultant and before that with experience from a number of different employments within the environmental area.
Her former activities as Agenda 21-coordinator in the municipality of Kungsbacka town, environmental coordinator at the Halland County Environmental Forum, consultant at big enviromental consultancy bureaus and environmental investigator at the
Provincial Government in Göteborg are some examples.

She has been the lead consultant at a number of applications for
environmental permits for ports and manufacturing
industry as well as in the building up and audit of environmental management systems according to ISO 14 001
and quality management system according to ISO 9 001.  

Tina Malmborg Frisch is also very active in projects on long term
sustainable development.
